You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use pusa4d. We conduct mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on all accounts and will close any account found to belong to an underage user, forfeiting all balances in accordance with applicable policy.
Each individual may hold only one pusa4d account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different identities, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of funds.
Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are accepted. Minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and must be made to accounts registered in your own name. Third-party transfers are strictly prohibited.

You confirm that you are not a legally incapacitated person and that you have full legal authority to enter into this agreement. You also confirm that you are not registering or using the platform on behalf of any third party.
Each individual person may maintain only one Account on the pusa4d platform. Persons found to hold multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — will have all related accounts permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.
To access the full range of pusa4d services, you must register a Member Account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
You agree to provide truthful information at all times and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You agree to:
The Company will never contact you by email, live chat, or phone to request your password. Any such request is fraudulent and should be reported immediately.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Account registration does not create any obligation on the Company's part to offer any specific service or product.
Before processing any withdrawal or granting access to certain promotional features, the Company requires all Members to complete a KYC identity verification process. This process is conducted to comply with anti-money-laundering best practices and to verify the age and identity of all Members.

Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within a maximum of 60 seconds for supported local bank transfers and e-wallet methods. If a deposit is not reflected in your Balance within 15 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered solely in your own name. The Company does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be refunded to the source account, less any applicable processing fees, and may result in temporary account suspension pending investigation.
All transactions on the pusa4d platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Company does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Member.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the Account dashboard and may vary based on account tier and verification status.
Withdrawal requests to major Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during standard business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals to OVO and DANA are typically processed instantly. Requests submitted outside business hours or during high-volume periods may take up to 24 hours. The Company does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own legal name, matching the name on the pusa4d Account and the KYC documentation on file. The Company will reject any withdrawal request to a third-party account and may suspend the requesting account pending investigation.
pusa4d does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, the Member's bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees, which are the Member's sole responsibility.
All bonuses and promotions offered by pusa4d are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum Wagering Requirement before withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's specific terms. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 with a 10x wagering requirement means the Member must place a total of Rp 1.000.000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is granted.

Where bonus abuse is identified, the Company reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, recover any withdrawn amounts obtained through abusive means, and permanently suspend the Member's Account.
Bonuses that are not activated or whose Wagering Requirements are not met within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated and carry no cash value.
pusa4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. The Company's decisions regarding bonus eligibility and promotion outcomes are final.
All bets placed on the pusa4d platform are subject to acceptance by the Company. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation reference on screen or via your Account transaction history. The Company reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion.
In the event that a market is published with an obvious error — including incorrect odds, incorrect match details, or incorrect event descriptions — the Company reserves the right to void all bets placed on that market, regardless of whether bets have already been settled. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Member's Account in full.
Rules governing specific game types — including football betting (including bandar bola, Indonesia's local football agency betting format), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw schedules and prize tiers, live casino table limits, and crash game mechanics — are published within each game's dedicated rules section on the platform. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules before placing bets.
In the event of a network disconnection during an active game or bet, the Company's server logs will be treated as the authoritative record of game state and outcome. Where the platform cannot determine an outcome due to technical failure, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. pusa4d accepts no liability for losses arising from Member-side connection failures.
Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event type may apply. Current limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. The Company reserves the right to enforce these limits regardless of the apparent result of any bet or game session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pusa4d platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
All content on the pusa4d platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game mechanics, and data — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any platform content without the Company's prior written consent. Unauthorized use of platform content constitutes an infringement of the Company's intellectual property rights.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by pusa4d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
The Company employs 256-bit SSL encryption, secure data storage, and strict internal access controls to protect all Member data. We do not sell personal data to third parties. The Company endeavors to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, and we accept no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures beyond our reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in that Member's Account at the time the claim arose.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
The pusa4d platform integrates third-party services including game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, and NetEnt) and payment processors. The Company is not responsible for the acts, errors, or omissions of these third parties. Any disputes relating to third-party game outcomes should be addressed first to our support team, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding ineligible bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Upon termination of an Account by either party, the Member's license to use the platform ceases immediately. Clause provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Clauses 9, 10, 12, and 14 — shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Indonesian market context.
The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms in good faith through direct negotiation. Where resolution cannot be achieved through negotiation, disputes may be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
